In this article, you’ll learn how to create a landing page that complies with Facebook Ads & Google AdWords terms. It’s important to follow these guidelines, otherwise you'll be at risk of getting your ad account shut down.

1. Familiarize yourself with Facebook’s & Google’s terms

Before getting started, it’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the terms & policies of the ad network that you’ll be using:

2. Include links that take people away from the page

While this may seem counter-intuitive from a conversion point of view, Facebook & Google like it when your landing pages aren’t a dead end. Your users should be able to navigate away from your landing page using a navigation menu.

Facebook and Google want you to have a “real business”, instead of just a one-page website.

Simply add a link, such as “About”, Blog”, etc to your navigation menu. You can do this using the “Extra navigation link” feature in LandingCube.

3. Include a link to your privacy policy

Make sure you include a link to a privacy policy on your landing page. By default, we add a link to LandingCube’s privacy policy to the footer of each new landing page.

4. Include contact information & business address on your landing page

Include a contact email, as well as an address on your landing page. By default we add our own email & address to the footer of each new landing page. Feel free to change it to your actual business address & contact email.

5. Use your own domain

While LandingCube hosts your landing pages for you at deliciouspromos.com, we recommend you host your landing pages on your own domain.

The reason for this is that you don’t have full control over what happens.

You can easily add your landing page to your own site using our iFrame embed feature. Alternatively, if your site is on WordPress you can download our Wordpress plugin to make it even easier.

See this article for instructions on how to download and use the LandingCube WordPress plugin.
